Tablet Repair Technician

Job Description
***2+ years of tablet or cell phone or similar electronics repair and micro-soldering experience***
Oxford Solutions currently has an opening for an Electronics Technician for a role focused on repair of android computer tablets.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on tablets, assess functionality, replace components as needed and maintain repair records
- Perform CTP screen and battery replacements
- Perform board level micro-soldering to include replacing auxiliary and USB ports
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical training a plus
- 2+ years of tablet or cell phone or similar electronics repair experience
- 2+ years of micro-soldering experience
- Ability to disassemble, work with small, delicate components and reassemble correctly
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, timely and cost-effective repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills; MS Office suite a plus
