This is a contract opening for a junior level Technical Recruiter to provide full lifecycle recruiting for IT and Software Engineering-related roles in a corporate (internal) recruiting office.
Pay Rate: 18-25/hr (depending on experience level)
Requirements and Background
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, etc.)
- Corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for IT and engineering roles
- Full life cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to work on high volume of open roles simultaneously and juggle multiple tasks
- A high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, driven and energetic with exceptional work ethic.
- Strong relationship-building skills
