Job Description
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our manufacturing client in Southfield, MI for a Technical Sales Coordinator.
In this Technical Sales Coordinator role, you will assist sales teams with contract review, prototype management, quotations, price file maintenance, customer issues and additional support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre- and post-production activities.
- Manage prototype orders through SharePoint and Oracle.
- Quote prototype parts according to established guidelines.
- Develop internal and external relationships.
- Review contracts for acceptance.
- Manage Oracle price lists.
- Resolve issues internally or with customer.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales, service support, or sales administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully interact with customers and internal resources
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
