The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for organizing and leading conference calls for clients. The Specialist is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and will provide technical assistance during the call if any issues arise.
- Bachelors Degree in technical field
- 2+ years of experience; Background in teaching, technical or help desk support preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Technical mindset and customer service focus
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English) a plus!
