Job Description
ONSITE IN GAITHERSBURG, MD. Contract to hire opening for a Telecommunication Customer Support Administrator. This is a junior level role. Looking for someone with around 2 years of corporate customer service and administration support experience.
In this role you will work with a small team and provide customer service, product and client support for business operations and installation of remote telecommunication systems.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the installation and activation of telecommunication systems.
- Collaborate closely with distributors, dealers, installers, and customers to facilitate on-time, high-quality installations
- Respond to customer calls and emails during and resolve any issues promptly.
- Liaise with logistics, dealer services, and customer support teams to effectively resolve any operational challenges.
- Make necessary payment adjustments to orders and evaluate and approve/deny additional payment requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various departments to achieve common goals, objectives, and project completion.
- Assist in training users and customers on company processes, policies, and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but required
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in administrative, order management, or installation management activities, preferably within a technology-related company.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Exceptional communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers, installers, and various internal teams
- Ability to organize and manage multiple functions and activities with minimal supervision.
