Job Description
HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE IN PITTSBURGH, PA. OPEN TO FULL TIME OR PART-TIME. 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. TRAINING PROVIDED.
In this role you will provide support to a international vendor relations and regulator affairs team. Must be analytical and detail-oriented with excellent Microsoft Office skills.

In this role you will provide support to a international vendor relations and regulator affairs team. Must be analytical and detail-oriented with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Essential Functions
- Manage new user access to a vendor notification portal; troubleshoot and resolve any access issues
- Monitor and respond to email inquiries within a customs broker inbox
- Communicate with customers via phone to gather additional shipment info
- Assist with department invoice coding and processing for payment by AP
- Assist with compliance audits of shipment data
- High School Diploma
- Basic to Intermediate use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- PowerBI or similar report querying experience a plus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and dependable and able to work independently in a remote work setting
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
